On a separate occasion with the same program, I was asked to shift from our scheduled assignment to greatly accelerate our site readiness to assist General Atomics ASI in their final testing and certification of their ATLC system on the MQ-9 UAS. With innovative techniques and resourcefulness, I was able to lead the site to a readiness state that met the requirements of the test schedule which was recognized by Air Force leadership as “an effort nothing short of magnificent”. My experience working within the aerospace community, with international programs and diverse teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I can bring real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle.
