Resume:

Greetings,

I'm excited to be applying for the Program Manager position. As someone with an eye for detail and impulse for organization, I thrive on keeping programs running smoothly from kickoff, through launch and their eventual completion. I'm eager for the opportunity to use my talents to move this program forward. During my previous role at Integration, Innovation Inc (i3), I worked on the company's leading program, including the establishment at our Victorville, CA location which I built from the ground up. When external issues derailed crucial program milestones, I developed an aggressive and ambitious strategic response to ensure other program items could continue moving forward. As a result, the program launched as planned - an effort the CEO praised as "an incredible show of leadership style and teamwork." I earned specific recognition for my ability to effectively delegate and keep myself and my teammates calm under pressure. On a separate occasion with the same program, I was asked to shift from our scheduled assignment to greatly accelerate our site readiness to assist General Atomics ASI in their final testing and certification of their ATLC system on the MQ-9 UAS. With innovative techniques and resourcefulness, I was able to lead the site to a readiness state that met the requirements of the test schedule which was recognized by Air Force leadership as “an effort nothing short of magnificent”. My experience working within the aerospace community, with international programs and diverse teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I can bring real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I'm looking forward to learning more about the Program Manager position. I believe my skills and experience will be a significant asset for your team's current and future needs. I am committed to continuing my growth as a leader and applying my talents to help lead the industry in creating innovative solutions. Sincerely,

Eric D. Nelson
