1. Calibration:-

Calibration of Temperature Gauge, Resistance Temperature detector (RTD), Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Transmitter, Load cell & Batching Plant.

Job responsibilities undertaken by me are briefly listed below: Clients:

Handling three projects (IDCT, NDCT & Chimney) in all deptt. In absence of Project manager.

Studying the contract document and understanding the scope of works for EPC contract (Lump sum Basis).

Preparation of schedules and programs on monthly Basis and its submission to Client and HO.

Preparation of Daily Progress Reports and its submission to Clients and HO.

Independently handling all worksfor Chimney, ID Cooling Tower and ND Cooling Tower package.

Daily testing is carried out as per FQP.

Prepare WPS (Welding procedure specification), PQR (Procedure qualification record) & WPQ (Welder performance qualification) as per ASME sec IX.

Calibration of welding machine and oven as per IS2635.

Conduct and evaluate of “Dye Penetrant testing” (DPT) and Radiography film interpretation of welding joints.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electrical equipment in 400 KV feeder bays.

Working in Cable Tray system execution, installation work.

Cable Laying, Glanding & Termination.

Preparation of Quality Control documents for Billing (C&I, Electrical & Mechanical works) and its approval from Clients.

Prepare Material reconciliation monthly.

All type Billing certified by client.

Bill clearance from Client as well as CCD & FQA Dept.
