My special interests are in ensuring security of people’s lives through Legal Management, Political Science and Law enforcement. I am computer literate with the knowledge and experience of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power-point and the usage of Outlook Explore. JOB DESCRIPTION :

Policies and clerical responsibilities

Resolve all human resource administrative problems including personnel disputes.

Develop and update HR administrative systems (such as contracts, new appointments, promotions) to make them more efficient.

Develop, implement and coordinate human resource system such as BLS policies, induction processes and training matrix plans in relations to Basic Employment Act.

Develop in conjunction with related managers implement and coordinate all departmental training plans and report such plans quarterly or when required.

File and Database Management

Maintain records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, taxes, payroll reports, social club payments, workers compensation payments and any other payroll related information.

Set up and maintenance of general office management systems, including filing systems and databases, as per Laboratory’s Policy; and

Establish hard copy and electronic filing (where appropriate) of general correspondence, financial records, papers and other confidential materials, as per Laboratory’s Policy.

Office Coordination

Ensuring management of staff appointments, staff disciplinary hearing and terminating of services.

Handling performance management with other management.

Assist in organizing travel arrangements for the Managing Director.

Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquiries.

Oversee and supervise general cleaning maintenance schedule in offices.

General

Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Compiles other reports or duties as requested by the Managing Director and will be developed based on the degree of experience of the candidate; and

Ad hoc accounting activities as required.

Overall responsible for the performance management of all personnel and development of key indicator performance and appraisal techniques.

Ensuring that the organization comply with the appropriate Basic employment laws and regulations.
