Monitor BAS system which includes air handlers, chillers and boilers. Also use system to set temperatures in the OR in different locations. Record boiler temps, clear alarms if any on fire panel, after calling the system out for a period of time due to testing the fire pump system. Daily rounds, install lights in the garage, run generators, plumbing, electrical issues also performed in each suite and thought out the building. Also help assist in the 4 other buildings we have when needed. Meet with contractors and oversee the work in which they are performing.

Supervised a team of 8 employees along with
generating work orders from the computer system which is submitted by Dr’s, Nurses and Plant Operations. Hands on experience helping the team with the repair and replace of fan coils and rooftop exhaust fan motors. Replaced belts, service air handlers with quarterly PM's. Managed chiller settings for cooling of the building and maintained the digital boiler system for domestic hot and cold water
