As an FC Associate, I have experience in a variety of Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations. Updating tickets with required information and receiving/processing units as requested when resolution is required. Manage correspondence until ticket is resolved. FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) checking for substitution labeling and case pack issues. Shipping, prepping, sorting, placing, and organizing items, for inventory, and upholding all safety standards. Audit physical inventory on shelves for Inbound Problem Solve tickets not yet resolved, to ensure the units get received. Liquidation processing damages. Vendor Fraud Trouble Tickets. ESO (End of Shift) reports including open tickets and past SLA for Inbound Problem Solve. Support to Inbound Problem Solve associates by training and assisting them in the roles of ISS and PS.
