Fit up and Alignment Inspection of Spool Pieces prior to welding as per drawing. Final Inspection of Spool Pieces after welding as per drawing. Welding and Non-Destructive Examination.
Visual Inspection of weld joints of Spool piece.
Knowledge of Boiler, Pressure vessel, valve body inspection. Proper Documentation, Prepared IRN as per Company Standards. Testing of NDT (MPT, DP, UT & RT TEST).
