Achievements
Pasco Plant Start Up: Instrumental member of the plant start up team, achieving the designed capacity through put on an aggressive schedule. I also achieved engineering test runs and commissioning budgets. I was responsible for all aspect associated with initial equipment startups – I/O check out, Full Load Amp draw checks, equipment servicing, verifying engineered equipment RPMs, and staffing maintenance personnel for support activities. Finally, I trained all new maintenance personnel on specialty equipment, established maintenance PMs, and verified spare parts volumes.
Cut Plant Hydro Cooler Replacement: Successfully achieved a full hydro cooler replacement over 72 hours. I was responsible for all equipment demolition, electrical R&R, plumbing and worked side by side with a Grimmway engineer to ensure installation was according to the drawings. We concluded with engineering test runs, sanitation, and commissioning.
