• Oversees and directs all pastry personnel and monitors performance of the pastry shop. • Review the progress of all subordinates and prepares performance evaluation reviews for approval by the Executive Chef.

• Organizes and maintains the work schedule, safe working conditions, and maintaining well operated all equipment in the pastry shop reports any malfunction equipment and provide training to subordinates.

• Maintain the highest level of sanitation throughout all the pastry shop as prescribe by the USPH regulation and according to company’s instructions.
