I am Catarina a junior developer. I
recently moved to Canada and one of
my plans was to change careers. I am
currently working as Frontend
Developer for a company that
develops courses and assignment, so
I have experience with developing
single pages application using their
framework.
As a teacher and research in
mechanical engineering field I always
find ways to practice my knowledge
and to teach everything that I know. I
also love to learn new technologies
and I believe that web development
will always challenge me, and it can
give me new experiences and
excitement.
I am looking for a job that I can
engage with other people, share
experiences and use our combine
experience to do great things.

Worked with product development systems for powertrain, vibration, electrification and calibration study-cases.
Group product developed: A mathematical model of an electric vehicle for energy consumption using Matlab/Simulink. We had to model all main vehicle components (engine, battery, vehicle dynamics and controller) to go through the urban FTP75 cycle, plus the road. In the end, we used this energy model to propose a modification to an existing internal combustion engine car so that it could be transformed into a pure electric car and be competitive. Performed data analysis using Matlab/Simulink.
