Lay-up of preformed carbon tools of all sizes with pre-preg carbon fiber materials with the use of blueprints and lasers for alignment orientation .

De-bulk and final bag parts using envelope style or straight down onto table with chrome mate, TC's and vacuum ports.

Cure parts into autoclave to certain temperatures for proper curing.

Demold parts after curing, de-flashing and de-burring.
