Brief Description of the project:

This project Amaala has become a standalone company. Amaala is set to set new standards in sustainable development while placing the kingdom on the global hospitality map, located within the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Natural Reserve, the 3,800 square kilometre project will blend wellness with creative and social offerings to take guests on journey of "holistic self-transformation". The development to include the world’s top hotel brands and more than 800 residential villas, apartments and estate homes, alongside 200 high-end fashion and retail establishments, a contemporary arts museum and wide variety of galleries, ateliers and artisan workshops, as well as signature dining and world-class marinas and sporting venues including world class golf clubs, equestrian clubs etc. Saudi's Amaala resort will have 'its own regulatory structure. Amaala has a unique quality of pristine coral reefs that feature thriving marine life, untouched waters and beautiful mountain landscapes.

Roles and responsibilities:

As a commercial manger, I am responsible to produce all tender documents and float tender enquires as per the company policies and procedures.

Responsible for all pre-contract and post contract works including but not limited to producing reports, organize, arrange and lead commercial meetings, producing tender documents etc.

Work in accordance with the approved budget and cost plans and invite bids from different Consultants/Contractors according to the services required. Manage all cost and commercial aspects of the project.

Invite tenders from the list of pre-qualified companies and respond to all pre-tender and post-tender clarifications, produce and float RFP’s for different scope of works.

Accept proposals from the tenderers and make tender evaluation reports.

Take all required approvals from higher management on RFP’s Tender evaluation report and recommend the most qualified bidder/tenderer through the Tender evaluation report for award of contract and finally award the contract. Infrastructure contract is among the big contracts signed till date on the project.

Keep track of all bonds and insurances of all the contractors/ consultants working on the project and updating the renewed bonds and insurances.

Validating Interim progress payment of Contractors/Consultant for the works executed on site.

Respond to all Consultants/Contractors for all contractual correspondences. Implement contract administration on the project as per the terms and condition of the contract.

Prepare Variation orders for additional scope of works.

Brief Description of the project:

The project is a 700ha mixed use project, in Riyadh’s northern corridor. Phase-1 construction activities are expected to cost 10 billion Saudi Riyals. Al Widyan is the first private real estate project to be granted the status of a self-regulatory office, which, de-risks activities for investors, reduces complexity in the development phase, and fast-tracks permit services.

Project involved: Al-Rajhi Bank Northern Ring Road Project (NRR) Brief Description of the project:

The project consists of three buildings namely Operation Centre, Cash Centre and Data Centre in addition to all the utilities trenches and utility buildings. The Data centre was originally designed for tier III which was later upgraded to tier IV under the supervision of HP and HP will liaise with Uptime Institute in getting UTI certification. In fact the finishing of all the buildings of Operation and Cash Centre got upgraded which ultimately culminated in a variation of 149,000,000 Million SAR. The original contract value was for 286,751,860 SAR and the revised contract value after signing the Addendum is 435,751,860 SAR. The Present Data Centre upon completion will be tier IV certified. The Operation centre consists of around 61,822 m2 built up area, The Data Centre is 3,139 m2 the Cash Centre is around 4,395 m2 and the utility building comprising of area 1317 m2 and the plot area is about 32,800 m2. A link bridge will act as a connection between Operation and Cash Centre. The operation centre will be able to accommodate around 2,000 staff once it is completed. Contractually the contractor Drake & Scull is supposed to hand over the project by End of August 2017, but as per the progress it is expected to be handed over by the end of year 2017. Roles and responsibilities:

Manage all cost and commercial aspects of the project.

Review and recommand Contractor, Consultant monthly progress payment.

Monitor and issue early warning notices to the client which upon going through all the procedures can culminate in a Change request if accepted by the client.

Brief Description of the project:

This project consists of construction of more 2,300 schools all over the kingdom and a lot more schools are expected to be added to the existing number. The Initial budget of the project is 4.5 billion Riyals. The client is Tatweer Building Company which is coordinated with Ministry of Education for the building of these schools. There are Elementary, Secondary and intermediate schools with Multipurpose halls inclusive of auxiliary buildings.

Roles and responsibilities:

Engaged in procuring consultants and contractors.

Responsible for preparation of frame work agreement (JCT contract) for contractors and consultants.

Responsible for 41 school buildings to take care of all Commercial and Procurement issues.

Reviewing and approving of payment certificates of all the contractors and consultants.

Check if all the contractual requirements/obligations are being met by both contractors and consultants including bonds and warranties etc.

The project includes a 5 stars hotel (16 Floors) in addition to two towers dedicated for residential suites (15/18 Floors) that will be operated by the management of the 5 star hotel. Furthermore, the development includes medical tower (12 Floors) on King Khalid road across the university medical complex.

Handing over of the project is the final task of this project (Concrete Scope) which is in progress.

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Project (an approximate area of 160 Ha) will be a new world class financial district near the new downtown area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with an estimated value of more than 4.2 Billion Riyals. The project will include several multipurpose buildings with plazas based on world standards and is intended to attract the private sector, public agencies and regulators in the Kingdom and will become a world financial center in the region for both market and monetary trade. When completed the master plan calls for a covered area of approximately 1.6 million square meters (sm) divided into three (3) areas - 1). The Leaf, 2). The North West and the 3). South Areas. The Leaf will be mixed use with approximately 72 % offices, 23% residential, 5% retail. Approximately two thirds (2/3) of the areas will be dedicated to public spaces, including mosques, museums, aquarium, exhibition and conference centers. The North West Area will include the support facilities and parking, whereas the South Area will have both offices and residential accommodations. The subterranean roads and utility tunnel comprises of the ground and subterranean level roads, bridges, walls, ramps, underpasses, and annexed rooms as well as the utilities tunnel underneath the subterranean level along with branches, inclusive of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical aspects in addition to the landscape works. The Subterranean road and associated underneath utilities contract agreement for the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Project is a re-measured contract between the Riyadh Investment Company

(RIC)/Client and the Saudi Bin Laden Group (SBG)/Contractor. The contract dated 01-Sep-10 is a re-measured agreement and the design work is done by TECSULT. The contract comprised of Concrete bridge, Subterranean road and an underground utility tunnel including mono rail systems. The contract terms to build all Subterranean Roads, Utilities tunnel and Bridge in 18 months. Roles and responsibilities:

The total built area is estimated at about 711,059 sq. meters, 359,494 sq. meters for offices and the cost of the project was around 5 Billion Riyals.
