As a dedicated caregiver to elderly residents of lily care communities. Since in 2019 I have worked as a caregiver for lily care,where I assist residents with dementia and Alzheimer disease with daily living needs .I work under the guidance of aPA AND RNto help implement and support residents care plans which include providing services to aid memory care, physical care and emotional care optimizing residents quality of life. It can be challenging at times, but I truly enjoy working with elderly residents.
