I am applying for the position of Support Assistant C as I have a lot to contribute to this position. I have the unique combination of administrative, customer service, and graphic design skills, in addition to creative problem-solving skills.
I have vast experience working in an office environment, working in customer service roles both online and face-to-face where I had to handle cash and process payments, and in recent years have volunteered in roles that carried more responsibility; such as, being an internet café manager, and acting as the lead for a task group within a grassroots network. I am also skilled in formatting and laying out documents and am proficient in Microsoft 365 and other software packages.
I am a fast learner and tend to work quickly and efficiently. I also like to learn and have spent the past few weeks upgrading my skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Through my past customer service experience, I have learned how to handle and resolve situations and am more comfortable with conflict. I am able to work independently as well as part of a team.
