Developed/managed a departmental budget of $1.6 million dollars, with portions allocated toward technical enhancements for a magnetic silencing facility evaluating submarine noise emanations and the upgrade of an optics clean room, increasing production workload by 35 percent and generated new revenue streams for the organization.
