I act as Bulk Liquids Port Supervisor and Substitute Radioprotection Supervisor, preparing risk assesment spreadsheets, Pre job analysis, Work Permit among others pertinet to the Bulk Liquid area, operational control reports for grounding the operational management system integrated. Managing and supervising the activities of operational preparation realted to VOL for receiving and supplying fuels. Implementation, review and preparation of operational procedures related to operations with Bulk Liquids adjuted with guidelines provided in ISGOTT, being 5th and 6th edition, ISGINTT, SOLAS, MARPOL, NORMAM, NORMAP, SS600:2014 between other documents pertaining to NT Loading and unloading and bunkering operations. Leading operations teams and other collaborators and/ or third parties related with Bulk Liquids operations. Contact with vessels and maritime agencies. Managing the waste generated in the operations with liquid bulks. Ensuring the safety of all involved in each operational stage and preparation for permission to work togheter with the HSE sector. Participation in monthly meetings and audits of HSE and Maritime with the Shell to address HSSE and Marine issues. Support with the operational sextor to developr support materials with suppliers application in operational activities, as well as development and preparation of procedures to the operational sector. Introduction and application of the Assist and Assure Program in the operational sector aiming the continuous improvement of goal zero (zero accidents). Feeding the PROSIG system that is part of integrated Management System of the Company and I act SRS monitoring the loads through reports and reports that arrive from the platforms for further sending to the National Nuclear Energy Commission – CNEN, besides giving constant support the HSE sector with the elaboration norms, procedures among other tasks.
