Being in charge of cadastral strong room, where I advise the public with information regarding the properties registered at Deeds office, on request of Surveyors, Conveyances, government officials and other members of the public I lay before them on request compilations, general plans, noting plans, survey records, diagrams of farms, diagrams of evens and mining areas.
Ensure that the Title Deeds of properties are correct on the diagrams of properties and general plans.
Ensure that the general plans, diagrams, survey records, and noting plans of properties are filed according how they are registered at Deeds office.
To arrange for the preparation and payment of copies of the abovementioned documents for properties on the request of public ask for copies.
To finish reference schedule on plans and to write information into the registers after the approval of diagrams and general plans for properties.
Prepare the larger plans by strengthening them with plastic materials to hang them into the relevant cupboards. To file all documents which are preserved in the strong room.
To enter the areas of new evens and other information in the township registers. To prepare certified copies of diagrams for signature by the Surveyor General, his Deputy or Chief Surveyor.
