Lead and develop legal pending documents for 28-students per school year to target student’s learning needs and work on strategically improving academic, functional, and behavioral deficits through an annual process in which monthly assessments of data is analyzed to determine if an intervention is needed in order to stay on track with learning goals
Collaborate with 9 department heads within the areas of psychology, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, vision therapy, hearing therapy, behavior therapy, regular education, and gifted education department heads to ensure the students success within the general education classroom
Oversee staff of 4 in developing schedules and ensuring daily productivity is effective in the delivery of instruction
