I’m Stephon Myell Steele, I worked at Avancez for one year, I worked at Avancez since 3/21/2021. II applied applied for Genera l Motors because I wanted to work here for a long time. I can do team work, fa st pa ce, ha rd worker, w illing to le a rn, and know how to follow instructions. I still work at Avancez at a assembler at ford p552 rear, I wa s a team member that worked for first shift. Also work in other a re a s such a s tire and wheel and K2XX. Tire and wheel requires a heavy lifting because I was carrying tires and rim s in a set of o rd e r. It have to fast because tire and wheel wa s also fa st pa c e for both the tires a nd the rim s. K2XX works on the hub s, would put the hub s together step by step through the machine and have a high loader take them away when once we have a full loa d. I”ve been working at these two place s when p552 have enough people or c lose down for a couple of weeks and work on Saturday sometimes. Ford p552 is when I load, buff, wheel isolator, and load, it was fast pace and constantly stand throughout the day. I graduated from southwestern Classical Academy with a high school d iploma since 2020.
