Accomplishments:

I started with Wal-Mart as a temporary cashier for the Christmas season. I then move to the return desk shortly after that I was made a CSM (customer service manager) over the cashiers. From there I went to the photo center as a photo specialist I was in that position 1 year then I was promoted to the Photo Center Manager. I held that position for 2 years. I was soon promoted to Assistant Store Manager.

I was hired on at Dollar General as a Store Manager in Sept of 2008. I am solely responsible for the total operations of the store and staff.

Maintain Merchandising Standards

Strong Customer Service

Hiring, Coaching and Developing Team Members as well as training new hires on company policies and procedures

Oversee Store Merchandisers for quality ordering and merchandising Scheduling of Team Members and Management

Analyze Profit and Loss Statements and Stock Reports Responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of this location Specific daily tasks include inventory control, cash reconciliation,sales projections, budget control,

and evaluation of profit and loss statements.
