Valued Experience as highly successful U.S. Army “Regional Vice President”, and Federal Acquisition Executive, then left Active Duty to the TXARNG, and joined in 1991 the National Security/ Intelligence Community company E-Systems, Inc., who then merged in 1995 with the National Defense market giant Raytheon, where sales and operations post-merger issues were successfully resolved. Participated in the launch of two joint ventures and the acquisition of two major Divisions of Lockheed Martin and GE Aerospace, with aggregate $8.5 billion value. Thereafter joined as Executive Partner in 2002 the small business Federal Civilian Business Leads Corporation, owned by former E-Systems individual, and assisted the Owner in a successful sale. Thereafter I joined AC Technologies, Inc., which was owned in part by former Raytheon CTO, which company sold after significant growth. Joined the SDVOSB Addx Corporation in January 2021 as its Vice President, National Security Markets.

Clearances include Active TS SCI Defense and Intel plus recently Full Scope Poly, CI Poly, and DOE Q.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE

C4ISR Focused IBM, HP, Oracle and SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) DevSecOps, including Modernization and Migration Services, and customer relationship management (CRM), financial management, human capital management (People Soft), and supply chain management. Army RS3 & ITES-3 Solutions and Secure Application Development on major C4ISR systems involving Classified Intelligence systems integration primarily at Army APG, Ft. Meade, and Huntsville.
