Created and managed an entirely new HR process. Implemented online employee onboarding and HR data management using ADP and PayCore, Created and managed a recruiting and retention policy, implemented pay scales and merit-based pay, and completely migrated from paper to digital record keeping.

Created an entire accounting processing system, taking a paper-based system that was not tracked properly to a digital system with a formal budget that includes a cloud-based and electronically reviewed approval process.

Created and implemented the entire line-item budget that we now rely on and held accountable to.

Initiated a subscription program to create revenue. Third (and only completely nonprofit system) to do this in NC.
