JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant reported to the Vice President of Supply Chain and (USS) Department of Utility Shared Services, Senior Vice President. I was responsible for providing skilled administrative support and office management. Provided direct support to executive; such as (six) Directors and (eight) Section Managers, General Managers (Union), plus employees in the department by providing them with organization leadership to help them optimize their time and energies by guaranteeing focus for their priorities for advancing the organization in a variety of ways, including thorough operations, scheduling, and overall logistics. I was responsible for layering the groundwork to ensure they are prepared to make the most of every opportunity and maximize their time. I was a committed and highly motivated professional who took full end-to-end accountability by providing effective support to guarantee the office was run effectively and efficiently.

●Deposited all mail(s) pertaining to employees of various departments and returned to rightful owners.
