Guided supply chain assets of two plant consolidations and a $6 Million major account into Sleepy Eye resulted in increase of EBIDTA of $4.0 million.

Initiated strategic global sourcing of raw material and logistics from Asia, reducing costs by approximately $400,000.

Defined strategic business model for price, service, and quality, allowing department heads in production control, purchasing, warehouse, and distribution to make more accurate and timely decisions.
