APPROACH TO TEAMWORK AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS I have almost 23 years of experience in HOSPTALITY, COMMERCIAL, HOSPITAL, RETAIL, INDUSTRIAL packaged with guest service standard, managerial skills and delivery exceptional service to the customers as training skills. My experience since 1992 has been on operational total quality control, Quality assurance, maintenance culture, sales and marketing, revenue allocation and cost control in the laundry department. My career path which focused on laundry and dry cleaning linens for in- house and walk-in- guest through hotel industries has been so productive positively. March 1997- May 1999 :- Worked as a Laundry Foreman in TAWOOS INDUSTRIAL SERVICE COMPANY, MUSCAT.

Jan 2000- Nov 2007 :- Worked as a Laundry Supervisor in EUREST part of COMPASS CATERING SERVICES GROUP,QUATAR.

Nov 2009- Aug 2010 :- Worked Multi skilled Laundry Employee in TAJ PALACE, DUBAI. Aug 2010-may2016 :- worked as a Laundry In charge in LEONIA HOLISTIC DESTINATION at Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

May2016-may2018 :- worked in Dubai in SNOWITE LAUNDRY as laundry manager for the new propjet.

May2018-Till date :- working as a production manager in STTROM FABRIQUE LAUNDROMAT SERVICES LTD, Chennai, India

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of Laundry operations.

Formulating washing formula for stained loads.

Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard.

Maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment.

Co-ordinating with the Engineering Department about their routine maintenance of the equipment.

Preparing Annual Laundry Budget.

Develop new methods for increasing laundry efficiency.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for outstanding repairs of machinery.

Overall controlling and supervision of the Department.

Training and coordination with supporting Departments.

Record and monitor laundry cost.

Make reports and recommendations when required.

Oversee the laundry equipment preventive maintenance program.

Approve distribution of linen to guestrooms and food and beverage department areas.

Direct all Laundry staff.

Approve the Laundry staff duty roster.

Organizing training for the staff.

Hire and train new laundry staffs.

Experience in team management.

Should be familiar with computers and hotel applications.

Plan and judge for uniform replacement.

To ensure the uniform room inspects all uniforms daily for replacement and damage.

Provide other duties and services as assigned by the Executive housekeeper.
