Coordinate with legal department for preparing lease agreements, and sales purchase agreements.

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages and convey to department head.

Updating transaction details upon each deal.

Updating the sales purchase details.

Calculating the agent commissions

Preparing Minutes of meeting.

Document control /Organizing/file management.

Coordinate with front office for receiving ang giving the documents to head office.

Coordinate with the accounts departments for releasing the payment for advertising expenses and for agent's commission (both Era and others).

Handling the apartment keys and giving to sales executive upon the owner request.

Coordinate with maintenance team on behalf of owner or tenant to complete the requested works for move in, move outs and for complaints.

Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

Sales admin will also meet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to appropriate person’s accordance with company procedures.

Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.

Responsible to ensure staffs are on seat on time and inform HR about their sick leaves/annual leaves.
