Full charge responsibility for the safe, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of supercritical coal unit. Provided daily supervision, monitoring, coaching, developing, and performance management of thirty (30) employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements.
Evaluated and managed plant performance and initiated improvements that enhanced reliability, availability, and efficiency.
Participated in the development and management of the station operations O&M and Capital budgets.
Performed additional duties, outage projects, and special assignments as assigned to ensure the coal system and back-end technology reliability and performance.
