PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVES
After 11 years of experience in business to business and business to consumer sales/consulting, most recently in charter jet services and other fields include marketing sales and automotive, I have decided, in part because of the pandemic, to pursue my passion in the field of construction and construction management. My skills include strong partnering ability as well as the ability to consult on best practices and act on behalf of the voice of management when implementing and executing projects. • Supervised and participated in demolition and refurbishment to transform existing building into a medical Doctor, X-ray medical establishment.
• Supervised New York State parks/Suffolk County landscaping and debris clean up including wood chipping, clearing and cutting of dead trees and various landscapes, including land grading.
• Managed and order dumpster placement and removal for each site
• For all jobs contracted through J Cole work included scheduling, direct reporting to management and various on the job problem solving and job allocation
