Date: 20th August 2020 till date

• Plan sourcing of materials and service to support field operation (construction)

• Raising purchase order in response to material requirements

• Purchasing of materials (vendor selection, issuing purchase order, follow up on orders, taking delivery of materials)

• Assesses supplier performance.

• Issue material to production on receipt of engineering dept on material request and prepare issue voucher.

• Ensure receipts materials are stored according to the right specification.

• Joint inspection of materials with qc personnel within and outside AOL facility

• Inspection of materials at vendor facility with qc inspector

• Quarantine the material if it does not meet the standard, damage or overage and place hold tag.

• Monitoring of vendor for timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate the flows of materials

• Preparing waybill for Load out of materials

• Monitor use of equipment’s

• Booking and assigning of equipment’s to end user

• Coordinate maintenance of equipment’s

• Preparing a material control log sheet for easy traceability

• Prepare report ( O,S D, material receiving report among others)
