• Assists patients in all aspects of personal care, medical care, light domestic duties, and general day -to-day tasks.

• Accompany patients to and fro ward areas.

• Assists the Nurses on pre-surgery procedures, preparing patients to be shifted to the operation theater for required procedures, as well as shifting them to Post-Anesthesia Care Unit PACU after the procedures for observations, then back to the recovery room for post-operative supervision.

• Care for older patients to do personal activities like cleaning, bathing, changing dresses, and feeding.

• Educating and advising patients about their health and meeting their needs in personal hygiene and serving them nutritious meals.
