Sold iUnlimited Investigative Services, and took a Senior Vice President role. Oversee National clientele with a book of $15M in combined annual revenue.

● Interface with procurement and business development on new product offering for existing clients along with national prospects.

● Grew National client from $4.8M to $9.7M in combined revenue for 2021.

● Oversee monthly client dashboard reports, coordinate stewardship meetings and provide input on future business acquisitions.

Responsible for all business operations and service channels for national insurance investigative firm servicing Fortune 1000 clients with a total staff of 230 employees. Full P&L for $12M+.

Managed the operations of 30+ Claims Specialists across Client Services, Large Account and Return to Work divisions. Managed the enterprise-wide vendor panel, consisting of Return to Work, ergonomics, transportation, interpreting, document copy and court reporting services.

● Spearheaded successful RFP and ensuing major data migration, completing the entire project on time, generating more than $1M in added revenue.

● Restructured the Return-to-Work program, including oversight of vendors that performed vocational rehabilitation services for the firm’s clients. Produced 30% increased savings with a total of $8.2M in annual savings.

Liberty Mutual

Led workers compensation claims operations for a 55-member team across Arizona, California, Utah and Wyoming. Managed all budgetary activities, staffing, client performance guarantee contracts and performance metrics and conducted ‘Best Practice’ audits. Oversaw multiple Inc. 500 clients.

● Successfully managed major accounts for global package delivery, supply chain solutions, public entity, retail, transportation, manufacturing, food service, and owner-controlled insurance programs for insured and self-insured customers with $175M+ worth of loss exposure.

● Salvaged a key client relationship, creating eight new jobs, generating $500K in annual ongoing revenue, and saving the client $1.2M in expenses.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

● Co-founder of the Stop Hunger Now charity at the University of North Carolina- Wilmington, involving more than 300 students from various sports programs and packaging 100,000 meals annually through both fundraising efforts and weekend packing.
