I have 15 years of contract experience. I have negotiated and administered a variety of contracts. These contracts include professional services contracts, medical equipment contracts, employment contracts, construction contracts, real estate contracts and others.

Specifically, I negotiated, administered and managed contracts for a Midwest Bracytherapy medical provider; several area mid sized construction, excavation and roofing contractors; a suburban finance company and others. In addition to drafting and negotiating contract terms, I was responsible for monitoring payment, renewal and other key dates, as well as administering contracted services. I have experience using SAP in tracking and administering these duties. I have negotiated contracts with municipalities, school districts, government agencies, hospital chains, national labor unions, product distributors, real estate speculators and national grocery chains, to name a few.
