• Independently manage hospitalized patients with broad spectrum of acute medical conditions in the general medical, telemetry, modified care, and intensive care units. This includes rounding, admitting, and providing bedside critical care in an event of a medical emergency.
• Provide consultation services for patients admitted to Orthopedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics, Psychiatry, Urology, and Neurosurgery.

Performed a project to evaluate inappropriate use of proton-pump inhibitor in hospitalized patients and its direct impact on patient health and operating costs - this resulted in policy change at Bristol Regional Medical Center 2018 Reinforced the use of COPD order sets in EPIC for providers in the Hospitalist group. With this, there was improvement in patient recovery, 30-day re-admission rates, and more effective discharge. Froedtert and MCW CP 2019 Active reviewer of various cases brought to the QI committee at Froedtert West Bend Hospital since June 2020
