PROFILE:

Having Bachelor degree in the field of Instrumentation and control engineering with 14year's experience in Instrumentation QC inspection and maintenance, around 06 years’ work experience in Ethylene gas plant as a maintenance technician at Eastern SHARQ petrochemical company (SABIC) -Ethelene gas plant, Saudi Arabia & 02 years work experience in (Ethylene gas plant at Saudi kayan petrochemical complex, Saudi Arabia) as a QC Inspector. Currently working as Instrument Supervisor (Maintenance) in sterling oil exploration & energy co.ltd (Nigeria)-LPG gas plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

On construction site:

●Well known with the plant construction and inspection activities.

●Follow the inspection test procedure to inspect the installation of field instruments in process plant.

●Witness for the calibration of field instruments like pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, level transmitter and control valves with DVC positioner.

●Inspection of vibration probes,speed probes and governor valve installation in feed water pumps, quench water pumps and steam turbines.

●Witness of loop check and calibration of field instruments.

●Verification of loop folder and punch points.

●Knowledge about lacation plan, P&ID,datasheet,cause and effect diagram, instrument loop diagram, hook-up diagram and loop folder.

On maintenance site:

●Conduct daily tool box meeting.

●Plan and implementation of daily maintenance activities

●Preparation of spare list and dealing with procurement team to get spare requirements on site.

●Support of daily corrective and maintenance activities.

●Control valve field calibration, configuration, troubleshooting, accessory replacement and overhauling support

●ON/OFF valve and control valves stroke check and trouble shooting with the help of communicator.

●Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Flow transmitter,level transmitter configuration and calibration and maintenance and trouble shooting support.

● Function test activity and report making as per the procedure by verifying the loop from primary side to secondary side.

●Installation proximity’s probe Radial, Axial, Key Phasor, Speed probe Gap setting and Troubleshooting

●Steam turbine & pump field instruments installation and maintenance activities with Governor valve and vibration measurement system.

●Boiler, Hot oil heater, Furnace and Compressor startup support, shutdown and maintenance activities

●Rotork MOV troubleshooting and maintenance

●Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test various type of process control instruments.

●Responsibility of the instrumentation loop checking and function test, checking of the various system loop diagrams, alarm table and calibrated equipment’s related with associated job function.

●Involving shift maintenance activities and CALL OUT responsibilities during plant emergency situation

●Provide maintenance support to operation during Startup and Shutdown involve in review of the field change proposals for process optimization.

●RGC compressor start up support and trouble shooting.

●Carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the planned maintenance system; Assist with spares parts requirements and the optimization of spares stock level.

●Conducting toolbox meeting; Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use, promotes safe work practices at the jobsite

●Manpower utilization according to requirement.

●Preparation of Standard maintenance procedure, check list preparation, job safety analysis.

●Preparation of SMP and instrument check list.

●Preparation of instrument spare list.

●Dealing with procurement team for new spare requirements.

●Daily meeting and implementation of site related activities.
