A well-educated, highly motivated, organized and hardworking HSE professional with extensive experience in the construction chemical oil & gas industry, well experienced in observing construction site activities, verifying required safety documents and checking for potential safety issues. Company: Systematic Controls Contracting Est.

Project worked on al-Ajyal district villas project Dhahran

(Aramco).

(Mechanical and electrical project including plumbing HVAC work). Project: Jeddah storm water drainage project.

(35 KM road construction with canals along with 3 bridges renovate With asphalt work).

Project: Yanbu Aramco Sinopec refinery.

(Civil work and mechanical work like concrete padding, substations & Alignment of structural work).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Arrange /monitor daily tool box talks which will be given by area supervisor

Make sure the weekly safety talks will be given at site

Conduct safety inspection to all tools, which includes power tools, pneumatic tools, Hand tools, and equipment.

Ensure proper use of PPE such as safety harness, safety gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, safety helmet, Earplugs etc.

Maintaining monthly inspection and color coding of tools and tackles, equipment, machineries, safety harness and fire extinguishers and maintaining records.

Monitoring heavy erections

Monitors the work site daily and investigate unsafe condition and acts.

Immediately stop any unsafe work and advice field supervisor.

Assist in setting up and maintaining proper housekeeping

Investigations of accident, incident and prepare reports

Ensure First Aid and Fire Fighting.

Inspection of workers and equipment at job site to ensure proper safety procedures as per client safety standards.

Monitoring day to day activities of subcontractors also to ensure implementation of safe practice and procedures.

Participate in weekly audit together all members of safety committee.

Conduct HSE field audits and inspections.

Ensure client’s regulations and records and reporting requirement.

Help and participate in preparation of risk assessment activities.

Responsible for schedules of HSE staff.

Responsible of assignments of HSE staff.

Responsible for preparation, issuance of HSE certificates to employees completing required courses.

Preparing and sending daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports to management.

Monthly update WSO record incidents and accidents investigation report.

Execute and coordinate training plans provided by HSE manager.

Dealing with supplier for training issues.

Dealing with PPE supplier for quality issues.
