Worked in the molding department as a supervisor for five years. The years were 2002 - 2007. I was in charge of the day to day scheduling of 22 presses. Had 12 to 21 people that reported directly to me. Worked with the other departments to ensure production was met. Daily items were making sure quality systems and daily requirements were being met.

Worked in the assembly department off and on for 2 or 3 years as current as a year ago. Had 10 to 15 people that reported to me directly. Ensured that employees were making rate without compromising making quality parts. In charge of disciplining employees and giving yearly reviews. Have worked in the paint department as production supervisor for the last 7 years at Summit Polymers. Have been in charge of the day to day scheduling of 4 robotic paint booths that run anywhere from 400 to 800 parts per hour. I have 13 people that report directly to me. I am in charge of the day to day scheduling to ensure assembly has parts to build. I am in charge of discipline and yearly reviews. I am responsible for ensuring quality parts are being made that meet our quality criteria. I ensure the department is looking good and clean.
