housekeeping/security and cafeteria etc and initiate immediate actions, going through the previous day log register. Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of entire premises and schedule preparation for housekeeping team.
Security - Monitoring of daily physical security activities, activation & deactivation of cards, to monitor all entry exit on regular basis and to provide necessary reports and CCTV operation and access control.
General Admin:
Vendor payments and follow-up with the vendors.
