We are able to provide our customers with a list of offerings such as interior upkeep, interior detailing, Yacht guest preparations, laddering, dry cleaning, carpet and rug care, marble care, provisioning. This is catered to the yachts who does not have a full or permanent crew on board. We also provide a short trip and day trip service where we do the provisioning, cooking and guest services and entertainment to our customers.

For guest trips we do full menu planning according to guest specifications and needs. We also do restaurant booking on behalf of guests.

I was the chief Stewardess of the yacht and responsible for all the interior upkeep and running of the yacht.

We did an extensive yacht refit for 6 months where I oversaw all the interior work and vendor operations.

I then hired a team of stewardesses whom I trained and lead in all interior operations of the yacht. During the winter times I would travel with the owner of the yacht to his properties in Austria, London and New York.

I oversaw the interior decorating of the owners Manhattan property where I was given full reigns to set up the property to his standards and specifications. This position was summers on the yacht and winters at the owners private residence where I would manage all his interior requirements to his specifications. I cooked meals for guest and crew on a regular basis. I worked with the Chef on menu planning and provisioning.

Created and served snack platters and snack options for guest between meals. We hosted numerous large events on land and on the yacht which I coordinated and planned the service and culinary aspects of the events.
