I have been a mortgage underwriter for close to 20 years and has been in the banking industry since 1992. I have underwritten conforming front end, wholesale and correspondent, construction, multiple family home loans. I even done some manual underwriting. I also underwritten purchase money seconds, home equity loans and line of credit as well as other consumer collateral and unsecured loans.
