Responsible for TAR Report and sending it to various people in BP Operations on TAR project. The Offshore HSE Site Lead provides an independent perspective of HSE risk, facilitates continual improvement in HSE performance through the engine of OMS. The Offshore HSE Site Lead values expertise, energizes people, acts decisively, and delivers results.
The scope of activity includes all production operations focusing primarily on health and safety assurance.
Key accountabilities - Direct and lead the design and Within the scope of operations:
Operating Leadership: Coach Leadership in driving safe, healthy, secure & environmentally responsible ops.
Planning and Controls: contribute to the formulation of the annual H&S plan through identification and assessment of risks, performance delivery and performance improvement opportunities. Lead & support the execution of the H&S Plan through controls to deliver intended outcomes.
Communication and engagement: contribute to the development and continual improvement of the GOM Safe Work Practices and communicate its contents.
Operating Discipline: Monitor workforce understanding and observance of H&S legal, regulatory and BP Requirements and local procedures and practices.
Organizational Learning: continuously improve the GOM SWP, both sharing and incorporating internal learning’s.
Risk Management: Provide an independent perspective of H&S risk through applicable hazard identification and risk assessment tools, i.e.; Hazid’s and Hazops.
Safety, Health and Industrial Hygiene.
Transportation: systematically identify H&S and transportation hazards, assess risk, and contribute to the setting of procedures and practices to support risk reduction measures. Support execution and continually improve the SOC and EASY programs.
Security and Environment: Assist in the execution of the GOM Security practices and EMS.
MOC: Employ GOM MOC process for changes that could impact safe, healthy, secure and environmentally responsible operations.

C&CM/ER: Develop and maintain H&S Emergency Response capability. Maintain individual capability to execute assigned role on GOM IMT.
