Arrange conferences and banquet events at the request of the bank president and SVP, annually. These events include travel accommodations, banquet space, menu selection and preparation for up to 40 attendees from outside the Anchorage area and up to 90 total attendees conference wide. Also, provide follow up with review of billing to ensure events remain on budget.
Supporting the community initiatives of the bank which included holding three different positions for the Bank’s internal employee club that promotes healthy living and community involvement.

Act as the credit union wide Notary Public administrator keeping records for over 150 current Notaries Public with the State of Alaska.
Arrange banquet events for both the Board of Directors and Senior Managers, annually, to travel offsite for their annual planning meetings. These events include travel accommodations, banquet space, menu selection and preparation, and follow up with billing to ensure events remain on budget.
Supporting the community initiatives of the credit union which sometimes includes dressing as the kid’s club account mascot, Dollar Dog, which brings smiles to many and warms my heart.

SKILLS
I am proficient in the operation of a personal desktop/laptop computer, Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and Outlook. In addition, I have experience using Microsoft’s SharePoint. I am also well versed in the operation of Adobe Acrobat and many other computer related programs. I am a quick learner and technologically inclined. I can type at 60 WPM and 10-key by touch. I am well versed in the operation of a multi-use telephone system to include voicemail, copy machine, facsimile machine, and various other office type applications.
INTERESTS
My interests include volunteering my time at many community-based organizations that mainly assist children and those that help fight against diabetes. Specifically, I have worked many years with my local chapter of the American Diabetes Association providing a wide range of support from office administration to fundraising event support. I also enjoy running and triathlon, participating in both local and national running events. Fishing, camping, four wheeling, and anything outside during the summer months are also some of the ways I like to spend my personal time.
