Reviewing of Bill of Quantities, Scope of work & Contract Documents.

Reviewing and estimating from limited design information.

Preparation/Submission of Monthly Interim Payment Application.

Prepare Comprehensive risk register of region projects.

Quantity take-off for MEP services for claims & Variations.

Preparing claims including Extensions of Time, Delay and Disruption and Prolongation.

Evaluation of Sub Contractors Payment Certificates.

Coordinate and monitor all interfaces between design, procurement and construction phases and preparation of BOQ for additional major works.
