My job starts with getting client on the phone. Then I begin qualifying and building rapport with the customer, addressing needs and wants for their health insurance. I would then choose a suitable plan, review the S.O.B., check doctor's, hospital, pharmacy, and prescriptions. Finally we would review all information, answer any questions, read all legal disclosures, complete the electronic application, and voice signature recordings. Finally I would submit the policy as a sale. Each sale takes one-two hours, and throughout each call I would overcome objections, explain/answer any questions, and also transfer to another department if I could not be of assistance.
