Operational Tasks,

As a front office manager and additional to the front office daily operational tasks I was involved in the following tasks.

- Reports

1- Prepare the front office reports daily, weekly and monthly.

2- Assist the GM with the monthly GM report.

3- Assist the Sales & Marketing to prepare and discuss the yearly marketing plan of the hotel .

- Training

- To prepare, hold and Coach regular on job and off job training sessions for all positions in the front office and Housekeeping departments.

- organize and follow up the participation in all training sessions held by Human resources and training departments.

- Supervision

- supervise the situation of all hotel rooms to be ready at all times for using . And to be cleaned and maintained according to the hotel standard by

Doing and coaching a daily room inspection.

Follow up with maintenance about any orders to be fixed in the rooms

Prepare and follow up with yearly kin fix program to get sue that all rooms are ready for the client at all times.

Check the food buffet randomly on daily basis during the meals times to get sure that the buffet presentation and the food quantity and quality are matching with the hotel standard.

- Audit & Inspections

Responsible about all travel agencies hotel inspections

Participate all the audits inspections related to the food quantity and quality in the hotel by E-cristal.
