TITLE: ROBOT CUTTING MACHINE

CLIENT: SUNDARAM CLAYTON LIMITED-ORAGADAM.

DESCRIPTION: Designed the layout of Robot cutting machine panel as per the I/O list and the power & control elements are fixed into the panel then wired as per the drawings.After completing panel side wiring then starts fields side wiring like ( power pack unit, operator pendent, main junction box, door fence, conveyor unit, robot fence Emergency interface).

After finishing field wiring between the plc & hmi communication setting to be configured and even plc PROFIBUS cable also interfaced between plc & robot panel then the profibus communication to be configured.

Here after checked all the I/O’s then uploaded the program to the plc for required application and after upload hmi recipe program for cutting selection. TITLE: 1350 T- ITALPRESSE MACHINE FETLING ROBOT

INTERFACING

DESCRIPTION: All the I\O’s list are prepared of the Required projects and the i\o’s are tabulated for wiring.The panel is designed with Mitsubishi FX5U-32M plc system,Mitsubishi hmi with following systems.

(24vdc inputs,24vdc outputs,4-20 ma inputs,4-20 ma outputs,Allen bradly drive, omron power supplying units)

All the following i\o’s are given to the extractor&fetling robots the required program to be uploaded to the control units.the communication between the plc and hmi with using RS-422 port.

when the extractor robot pickup the casting from the machine simultaneously ram up signal received from the trimming press it will going to the Trimming Press and pickup the old casting and put the new casting in to the trim then it will going to the fetling cell received the part present signal if it the signal receives the input it will comes to the fetling cell and the casting projected into the part and again it will go to the home position.whether the extractor out of intermediate station signal and part present sensor

Both the input comes simultanously fetling robot recives the signal it will going to pickup the casting and then align the casting for the required application. TECHNICALSKILL
