Leadership
I was always looked up to as a leader by my teammates, classmates, friends, family, and co-workers. Some even from a very young age on. It all began for me when I started playing sports as this helped mold me into an excellent team player, role model, and it helped teach me how to be a mentor to others. I was named MVP, Team Captain, and All-Conference of my high school Varsity Fastpitch Softball Team from 9th-12th grade. I have received recognition from all areas internally & or externally from others that I have worked with from just about every job I have ever worked at where they wanted to present me with appreciation written or verbally to support the excellent work or help that I would provide to them. I was recommended by my peers as well as upper management to apply for a promotion at a previous employer and was promoted to Lead where I Lead a team of 8-12 employees.
