DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure to closely monitor and enforce the implementation of Project HSE Plan, Polices and the company HSE management system.

Ensure all Facilitate HSE training requirements, in accordance with the training program, and evaluating effectiveness.

Perform a continuous monitoring to ensure that activities are performed in accordance with HSE requirements.

Monitor and evaluate compliance with risk assessment for all routine and non-routine activities.

Enforce effective implementation of safe systems of work.

Carry-out a thorough inspection of all areas of operations, report any non-conformances to concerned department and follow-up on a regular basis.

Enforce and closely monitor sub-contractor’s compliance with Project HSE Plan and procedures requirements.

Monitor compliance of the company with all applicable legal requirements.

Carry-out thorough investigation and reporting of any incident occurrences, in accordance with procedure.

Monitor effective implementation of emergency preparedness plan.

Carry-out regular inspection of all firefighting equipment and ensure preparedness.

Consult with employees and advice supervision on matters pertaining to HSE implementation.
