- Developed and implemented a multi-layered sales and marketing plan by working closely with WD's APAC regional team (Sales, Marketing, PR & Supply Chain), creative agencies, PH distributors and partner resellers. This resulted to an increase in sales revenue (34%), volume (32%), and channel size (30%) within 2 years.
- Conceptualized and executed successful end user promos (online & offline) to drive reseller buy-in and pos-out that delivered a 45% market share vs. all external hard drive brands for more than 3 years.
- Managed the full product line of Western Digital from launch of new products/category up to the product’s EOL by implementing a phase-in/phase-out product marketing plan resulting to a 70% shelf space in Major Retailers & 43% shelf space in Tier 2 & Tier 3 stores.
