Responsibilities have included warehouse distribution via shipping and receiving, production support, inventory management, and the facility operations. Since 2012 I’ve been a leader in the warehouse department and have experienced many successes during that time.

Worked with associates from other departments while helping to implement various processes, as a member of Lenexa’s Ergonomics team for the duration of its existence and then served on our safety committee two times.

Developed and executed internal audits to improve plant performance metrics and ensure goals are met.

Remotely managed inventory control of 2 satellite locations, in addition to the Kansas central warehouse, conducting semi-annual audits to ensure facilities comply with standards set.

Prepares reports, as needed; manages and performs an array of administrative tasks including collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to comply with set requirements.

Co-leader with Sigma’s Safety Operations Manager in 2010 for an industrial hoist installation project. Conducted time studies, provided detailed information regarding containers sizes, shared input for our design, and worked alongside both on and offsite engineers until the project was completed.

Coached and supported personnel as an approachable leader with inventory control, production support, changes in standard operating procedures, shipping/receiving, site safety, and department projects as they become necessary.

Initiated full quality assurance audits, monitoring for discrepancies and assigning Tier levels for further investigation.
