Responsibilities: Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene standards of over hotel and surroundings.

Daily inspection of public areas guest rooms.

Formulating effective Standard Operating Procedures in the department and making duty roasters.

Ensuring issuance of orders to housemen, window washers, upholstery and furniture yard employees and cleaners.

Briefing responsibilities to Room Attendants, public asea staff & gardener.

Checking quality of cleaning in guest rooms with particular attention to suites.

Checking incoming order of supplies.

Daily review of the reports of staffs and Houseman & gardeners.

Keeping accounts and lists of supplies on a monthly basis and accordingly placing orders.

Synchronizing with the internal departments for all operational needs of housekeeping department.

Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedules of rooms with the Main.
