It supplies Chassis and subassemblies to costumers like TATA MOTORS, ASHOK LEYLAND, Piaggio, MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA, ISUZU MOTORS etc.

Development Department –

Responsible to implement SAP BOM related activity new & regular project.

Conduct weekly review for DFM & TRSO of new improved / new project.

Responsible to define tools/fixtures for improved/new project.

Installation of new improved & new development project.

Proto sample submission of new project.

Responsible to reduce fixture (design) related complaints at inhouse & customer end.

Carrying Trials for new welding robotics Jig/fixtures.

Responsible for line balancing & reduction in welding cycle time & achieve the pist as per customer requirement.

handover new developed line to production at lead time as per customer requirement.

Responsible to implement customer ECN & sample submission as per customer requirement on lead time.

Maintain record of drawing and implementation of all ECN related documents .

Preparation & updation of SOP/Control Plan/PPAP documents.

Validate & implement the process parameters for MiG Welding, spot & projection.

Responsible for physical and virtual robotic fixture/new part tests in support of system definition, development and validation process.

Conduct technical review at supplier end & inhouse team related fixture during fixture design to support idle fixture design.

Work towards continuous improvements (Kaizen, Poka- Yoke, 5s Activity etc.)& the implementation of Lean Manufacturing.

Fixture Maintenance –

Conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) of robotic & manual co2 fixtures on daily.

Maintain & record history card data of fixtures, gauges & drill jig.

Conduct calibration & validation plan of fixtures, gauges & drill jig.

Maintain & record buyoff record of fixtures, gauges & drill jig.

Maintain the critical spare to avoid time loss & breakdown related fixtures.

Conduct product audit for pist improvement.

Attaining inhouse issue related to fixture of assembly line, sub Asm & Spot line.

Responsible to reduce inhouse & customer end complaints related of fixture with closer report.

Implement & monitoring the kaizen & poka-yoke for defect free part.

Implement & horizontal deployment of new idea to avoid losses. Previous Organization:

Final audit, Process audit & Sustenance audit of LCV Vehicles.

Study of field return parts along with supplier/manufacturing plant/product development team.

Handling field issues related to light commercial vehicle.

Warranty data analysis from BIW server on weekly basis and monthly basis and publish the report with in team and to external commodities as and when required.

Visiting to Dealer end for taken feedback about V+V1 concern related to LCV Vehicles.
